Duplication or distribution of the data or software on the enclosed disk to any person or corporation other than the original purchaser of the disk is strictly prohibited. The computer software contained on the enclosed disk is licensed for use on a single shared-use basis only. Running this software on more than one computer at a time is not permitted, without the purchase of additional user licences. The enclosed data has been created and intended as a professional work tool, solely designed to assist consultants in creating project documents. The use of this data in no way diminishes or relieves Consultants of their professional requirements as provided by law and their professional associations. ITI-Innovative Technology Inc. and the Government of Canada hereby disclaim any responsibility either in Contract or in tort for any use or misuse of the Data by Users. No warranties, explicit or implicit are provided herewith except that the disk media is warranted for 90 days. This warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the media only.
